About Stella

Stella Prandekas has 22 years of experience in civil and commercial litigation. From 2011 to 2019 she built her own practice, developing particular skill in real estate law, especially commercial lease disputes and hidden-defect claims, as well as further experience in insurance and civil liability law. She has represented landlords and tenants, buyers and sellers, and agents and clients in a range of disputes, and has been active with the Jeune Barreau de Laval, the Barreau de Laval, the Association des avocates et avocats de province, and the Cour du Québec liaison committee. She currently supervises the Barreau du Québec's legal clinic to promote access to justice, has regularly pleaded before most of Quebec's civil courts, including the Court of Appeal, and joined Donati Maisonneuve in March 2022. She speaks and writes fluently in French, English and Greek.
