About Steffi
Steffi Boyce is an associate in the firm's corporate/commercial and corporate finance and securities groups, practising primarily in business law with an emphasis on mergers and acquisitions and securities matters. Her client roster spans private and public businesses in life sciences and the mining and resource industry, including issuers trading on the TSX, TSX Venture Exchange, and Canadian Securities Exchange, and she advises everyone from closely held startups to large publicly traded companies. Before law she worked in the biotech and pharmaceutical industries in Vancouver. She earned her J.D. from the Peter A. Allard School of Law at UBC and a B.Sc. in chemistry from Western University, and was admitted to the B.C. bar in 2018.
