About Stefani
Stefani maintains a commercial litigation practice focused on banking and financing disputes, routinely acting for private lenders in foreclosures and other creditors' remedy matters, and she has significant experience with real estate disputes including collapsing transactions and forced sales between co-owners. She has appeared frequently before the BC Supreme Court and has argued before the Court of Appeal on a decision affirming the legal principles for renewing a judgment. Before law school she worked for more than a decade as a legal assistant specializing in real estate conveyancing for residential, commercial and agricultural land.
