About Ann

Ann earned a bachelor's degree in architecture in China and a master's degree in project management in Australia, and spent over 20 years in the building industry across land acquisition, planning, permitting, design, project management and dispute resolution. After moving to Canada in 2012 she worked as a development manager for Vancouver-area real estate firms and later as a pre-construction project manager for a general contractor. She obtained her law degree from Thompson Rivers University in 2024 and articled at a construction litigation boutique in the Vancouver area before joining Rush Ihas Hardwick LLP, bringing a pragmatic understanding of the building industry to the firm's construction and commercial litigation practice.
