About Kenneth

Kenneth is the co-founder of Rush Ihas Hardwick LLP and maintains a commercial litigation practice with specialized experience in insolvency and foreclosure matters, acting for shareholders, corporations, trustees in bankruptcy, and both creditors and debtors in bankruptcy and realization proceedings. He has significant experience as counsel before the Supreme Court of British Columbia, the Court of Appeal, and the Federal and Tax Courts of Canada, spanning commercial disputes, torts, tax, estate and employment matters. Before establishing the firm, he served as a law clerk to five judges of the Supreme Court of British Columbia.
