About Spencer

Spencer practices business law and wills and estates law out of Shibley Righton's Windsor office. On the corporate side, his work touches a range of deals, particularly mergers and acquisitions involving professional corporations and heavily regulated health professions, along with business agreements, reorganizations, shareholder agreements, and incorporations. In his estates practice he advises on both succession planning for businesses and estate planning for individuals, and helps clients through guardianship applications and estate administration. While studying at the University of Windsor's law school, he volunteered as a caseworker with Community Legal Aid before being chosen as a group leader. He earned his JD from Windsor in 2021 and a BSc (Hons) there in 2017, and was called to the Ontario bar in 2022.
