About Sophie
Sophie Mageau is a partner with Desmarais, Keenan LLP with an active solicitor's practice in corporate and commercial law, residential and commercial real estate, and estate law. Sophie completed a Bachelor of Commerce at Laurentian University in Sudbury in 2008 and earned their J.D. from the University of Ottawa in 2011, and Sophie was called to the bar of the Law Society of Ontario in June 2012. Sophie offers services in both French and English, and has served as past president of the Sudbury District Law Association, as a council member of the Ontario Bar Association, and on the board of the Child and Family Centre.
