About Sophie
Sophie Fu is an associate on the Technology Group team in Osler's Toronto office, helping clients meet business goals through corporate and commercial technology transactions. Sophie works with a range of clients, including startups across many industries, regularly supporting the drafting and negotiation of commercial agreements such as master services agreements, collaboration agreements, software-as-a-service agreements, data sharing agreements, and license agreements. Sophie teaches at law schools, including the Lawyer as Negotiator seminar at Osgoode Hall Law School. Sophie holds a JD and a BASc from the University of Toronto, along with an MBA from the Quantic School of Business and Technology.
