About Robert

Robert A. Finlay founded Actus after more than 20 years practising law at larger firms in Vancouver. He built the firm as an online practice so clients can book, communicate, and pay for legal services remotely rather than through a traditional office. His practice covers wills and estates, corporate and shareholder matters, and bankruptcy consultations and discharges, and he also provides support and advice to other lawyers.
