About Simone

Simone Bilato was born and raised in Ancaster. She earned her Bachelor of Arts (Honours) from McMaster University and her Juris Doctorate from the Bora Laskin Faculty of Law in Thunder Bay, and was called to the bar in 2018. She practises civil, commercial, and estate litigation, handling contractual, shareholder and partner disputes, real estate litigation, employment matters, mortgage enforcement, and construction matters, and has appeared before all levels of court in Ontario.
