About Simon

Simon Yared began working with Ricci, Enns, Rollier & Setterington LLP as a student during law school, completed his articles there, and joined as an associate before becoming a partner. He practises corporate and commercial law, franchise matters, planning and development law, wills and estates law, estate planning and administration, commercial and residential real estate, and landlord and tenant matters. He has represented clients before the Superior Court of Justice, various administrative tribunals, and a number of municipal councils and committees. He earned a B.A. (Hons.) from the University of Windsor in 2010 and dual J.D. degrees from the University of Windsor and the University of Detroit Mercy in 2018, and was called to the Ontario bar in 2019.
