About Jeffrey
Jeffrey joined McTague Law Firm in 1998 and became a partner in 2002. He practices in the business law department, focusing on corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, commercial real estate transactions and related tax issues, and he also handles estate planning, administration and privacy law matters. He earned his LL.B. from the University of Western Ontario in 1996 and was admitted to the Ontario bar in 1998. Jeffrey is a past chair of the board and member of the executive committee of the Windsor-Essex Regional Chamber of Commerce.
