About Frédéric

Frédéric Benoit has practiced with Dunton Rainville since 2024, focusing mainly on civil and commercial litigation, construction law, banking law, and bankruptcy and insolvency matters. He built a solid client base in construction law across Quebec over more than 24 years as a partner and president of Hackett Campbell Bouchard, before that firm merged with Dunton Rainville. Benoit is recognized for his client-focused approach and has served on the board of the Centre Communautaire de Loisirs de Sherbrooke. He was called to the Quebec Bar in 2000 and holds a Bachelor of Laws from the Université de Sherbrooke.
