About Peter

Peter Carayiannis is a corporate lawyer and partner at EY Law LLP, advising organizations from entrepreneurial ventures to Fortune 500 companies on private mergers and acquisitions, financial services and energy matters for nearly 25 years. Before joining EY, he combined private practice and in-house general counsel experience to launch Conduit Law, an alternative legal service provider. He is a member of the Law Society of Ontario and the State Bar of Michigan.
