About Sheryl

Sheryl Feagan joined Donnelly Murphy in 2002 and practices wills, powers of attorney, estate planning and administration, estate litigation, and family law. She advises clients on will challenges, dependant support claims, incapacity issues, and disputes involving powers of attorney and estate trustees, and handles the full range of family law matters including custody, support, property division and separation agreements. Feagan is trained in collaborative family law and mediation. She earned an LL.B. (2001), an M.A. (1982) and two B.A. degrees from the University of Western Ontario, and was called to the Ontario Bar in 2002. She belongs to the Law Society of Ontario, the Ontario Bar Association, the Huron Law Association and the Bruce Law Association.
