Jane Robertson has more than 20 years of experience practicing family law and also works as a family mediator, having become qualified in Collaborative Family Law in 2006. She was called to the Bar in Ontario in 1998 after moving to the Owen Sound area in 1996, and she is a member in good standing of the Law Society of Upper Canada and the Association of Family and Conciliation Courts. Since 2011 she has served as an agent for the Office of the Children's Lawyer, advocating for children's interests in family breakdown cases, and since 2012 she has also been appointed as a per diem Judge of the Superior Court of Justice, Small Claims Court. Jane is a past chair of the Collaborative Family Law Group of Grey/Bruce and of the Grey County Law Association, and she serves the Federation of Ontario Law Associations as Central West Region Representative and Treasurer.
