About Shayna
Shayna Grubner is an associate at Roper Greyell practising in all areas of workplace law. Before joining the firm she practised commercial litigation at a full-service national firm, handling collapsed real estate deals, contract disputes, employment matters, injunctions, and plans of arrangement, with appearances before the Provincial Court of BC, the Supreme Court of BC, and the BC Court of Appeal. During law school she volunteered as a Triage Coordinator with Pro Bono Ontario at the Ottawa courthouse. She holds a B.Comm (Distinction) from the University of Victoria and a JD (Cum Laude) from the University of Ottawa, and was called to the British Columbia bar in 2021.
