About Inna

Inna Kogan holds a Bachelor of Laws and is a licensed lawyer and member of the Law Society, as well as a public notary. She was educated in Canada and speaks five languages, experience she has drawn on to publish work in the Immigration Law Reporter and to serve as associate editor of the newsletter ImmQuest. She is also a regular commentator on immigration issues in print and on television. Inna represents clients at the Immigration and Refugee Board, the Federal Court, and the Appellate Division, work she considers the most rewarding part of her practice because it gives her direct insight into how the immigration system operates. She has practiced law for 20 years.
