About Shanya
Shanya Navanithy joined Levy Zavet PC as a student-at-law in 2025 and was called to the Ontario Bar that June. Her practice covers real estate and land development, with a particular focus on advising condominium and subdivision developers throughout Ontario, including structuring and closing their projects, property acquisitions and dispositions, and real property financing. She earned her Juris Doctor from the University of Windsor's Faculty of Law, where she received the Law Society of Upper Canada Education Equity Award and helped establish the school's first Tamil Students' Association. Shanya also holds an Honours BA in Law and Society from York University, where she graduated summa cum laude.
