About Julian

Julian Binavince serves as outside general counsel to small and mid-size businesses across industries including food service, construction, manufacturing, and financial services. He heads the firm's litigation department, with an advocacy practice focused on construction and real estate disputes, construction liens, breach of contract, franchise disputes, and corporate governance issues. Before becoming a lawyer he worked in Germany in international sales and management and played professional hockey, and he speaks fluent German.
