About Jordana

Jordana Talsky draws on experience from Bay Street and boutique firms, as well as roles as an Estate and Trust Consultant for Scotiabank and as an independent practitioner, to guide clients through succession planning and estate administration. Her practice centers on probate planning, drafting wills, trusts and powers of attorney, and comprehensive probate and estate administration services, including planning for people with special needs through Henson Trusts. She was called to the Ontario Bar in 2010 and holds a law degree from the University of Western Ontario and a Bachelor of Arts in English Literature from McGill University. She has been recognized in The Best Lawyers in Canada, The Best Law Firms - Canada for Trusts and Estates, and PostCity Magazine's Toronto's Top Lawyers list, and has led estate planning workshops and taught an estate law bar exam preparation course to international candidates.
