Shane Brady is a partner at W. Glen How & Associates LLP. He received his law degree from Osgoode Hall Law School and was admitted to the Bar of Ontario in 2001, articling under the firm's founder, W. Glen How. He is also a member of the Bar of England and Wales, the Bar of Ireland, and the Bar of the Republic of Armenia. Shane has advocated for mature minors' rights to make their own medical treatment decisions and was the primary lawyer in AC v Manitoba (Director of Child and Family Services), 2009 SCC 30.
