About André

André Carbonneau is a partner at W. Glen How & Associates LLP and a practising member of the Barreau du Québec since 1994, and a former member of the Barreau de Paris. He is also a Legal Consultant in the State of New York. He received his civil law degree from the Université du Québec à Montréal in 1993 and a Master of Laws in Bioethics from McGill University in 2000. He is a founding member of Legal Justice in the Caucasus Ltd. in Tbilisi, Georgia, and specializes in constitutional litigation and international human rights, having appeared before the Supreme Court of Canada and the Grand Chamber of the European Court of Human Rights, and filed cases with the UN Human Rights Committee.
