About David

David Gnam is the managing partner at W. Glen How & Associates LLP. He received his LL.B. magna cum laude from the University of Ottawa and was called to the Ontario Bar in 2001, receiving The Osgoode Society for Canadian Legal History Prize at his call. He is also a Certified Professional Accountant. David's practice focuses on trial and appellate work in estate, family, constitutional, and criminal law, and he has appeared at all levels of court across Canada, including the Supreme Court of Canada. He consults widely on corporate and charity law matters and is the author of annotations in Municipal & Planning Law Reports and a chapter on religious instruction disputes in Child Custody Law and Practice.
