About Shael

Shael Eisen is an estate litigation lawyer whose practice focuses on estate and trust litigation, including guardianships, power of attorney disputes, and mediation. He aims to secure favourable outcomes for clients while minimizing conflict and time spent. Eisen has significant experience both as a mediator and in the courtroom, often working with clients through mediation before proceeding to litigation when needed. He has served for several years as a guest lecturer in the Estates course at Osgoode Hall Law School and has spoken at various Continuing Legal Education courses and seminars.
