Sebastien Harvey is the founder of Harvey Avocat, a business law firm based in Ottawa. He has more than 30 years of experience advising entrepreneurs on startup, growth, and business transfer matters, and has completed more than 8,500 files. He handles incorporations, shareholder agreements, corporate reorganizations, and commercial transactions for clients in sectors such as construction, real estate, professional services, and retail. Harvey is a member of the Barreau du Quebec and the Law Society of Ontario, and practises in both French and English.
