About Sean

Sean FitzPatrick focuses his practice on labour and employment law, acting only for unions and employees. He has appeared frequently before provincial and federal labour boards, boards of arbitration and other employment tribunals. Sean began his career articling with Mary Cornish in Toronto before joining Cavalluzzo in 1994. Beyond litigation, he advises clients on collective agreements, organizing, bargaining and related workplace issues. He earned his LL.B. from the University of British Columbia in 1991 and was called to the Ontario bar in 1993. His work also touches on human rights, pensions and benefits, and occupational health and safety.
