About Sean

Sean Duncan is the founder of Duncan Law. He was born in Edmonton and raised in Calgary, and earned two social science degrees in Economics and Psychology from the University of Calgary. He received his Bachelor of Law degree from the University of Alberta in 2009 and was called to the bar in 2010. He spent the next ten years as a general practitioner emphasizing personal injury law and litigation before starting his own firm in the summer of 2020. His practice covers personal injury, wills and estate planning, real estate, estate administration, and uncontested family law.
