About Scott

Scott Hawryliw is litigation counsel at Stewart Esten LLP, called to the bar in 2012. His practice covers estate law, employment law, commercial litigation, and real estate litigation, and he has represented clients at every level of court in Ontario, including the Court of Appeal. He regularly acts for both employers and employees on employment matters and handles a broad range of civil disputes, from breach of contract claims to ownership disagreements over real estate and other assets. Scott also represents estates in litigation and administration matters, as well as beneficiaries pursuing claims. He holds a law degree from the University of Ottawa, an MBA from the same university, and a Bachelor of Commerce from Carleton University.
