About Andrew

Andrew K. Zyp practices corporate and commercial law, along with real estate and estate law. A former business owner, he holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Engineering, an MBA, and a law degree, all from the University of British Columbia, and was the only student there to complete the joint LLB/MBA program in four years, graduating in 2002. He was called to the bar in 2003. His corporate and commercial work covers share and asset purchase and sale transactions, commercial lending for bank clients, corporate reorganizations, professional corporations, and drafting shareholder, agency, distribution, and licensing agreements. Alongside this, he also handles residential and commercial real estate, wills, family trusts, and estates.
