About Christopher
Christopher Shultz joined Stewart Esten in 2018 and practises corporate and commercial law and real estate. Before his call to the bar he worked in financial services on Bay Street, taking an interest in corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions, and regulatory compliance. His corporate work includes share and asset transactions, reorganizations, and drafting shareholder and commercial agreements.
