About Ashley

Ashley McInnis is a partner at Stewart, Esten LLP who was called to the bar in 2007 after graduating from Osgoode Hall Law School. Her practice is dedicated to family law, civil litigation and appeals. She assists clients with property division, parenting and access, child and spousal support, cohabitation agreements, marriage contracts and separation agreements, and she also handles a range of civil litigation disputes. Ashley appears regularly before all levels of court in Ontario, including the Divisional Court and Court of Appeal, as well as at mediations and arbitrations. She has spoken at Continuing Legal Education conferences and co-authored the Syrtash Family Law Netletter for Lexis Nexus for several years. She is a member of the Canadian Bar Association, Ontario Bar Association and The Advocates Society.
