About Sarvesh

Sarvesh Jeet is a Partner and criminal defence lawyer at White & Jeet Criminal Defence, representing individuals charged with criminal offences across Alberta from investigation through trial, sentencing, and resolution. As a Partner, he plays a central role in shaping the firm's defence strategy, particularly on complex and high-stakes files. Before practising law, he worked as a corrections officer, an experience he draws on when advising clients on matters involving liberty, bail conditions, and release restrictions. His approach emphasizes thorough review of disclosure, identifying weaknesses in the Crown's case, and combining assertive advocacy with clear, respectful client communication. Jeet earned his Bachelor of Arts in Criminology from Simon Fraser University and his Juris Doctor from Thompson Rivers University. He was called to the Bar of British Columbia in 2018 and the Bar of Alberta in 2019, is a member of the Law Societies of both provinces, and is a roster lawyer with Legal Aid Alberta.
