About Sarah

Sarah Warda joined Lafortune Cadieux in 2023 after articling at a major law firm and was called to the Quebec Bar the same year. She concentrates on commercial and corporate law, including the negotiation and drafting of agreements in the entertainment field, and is developing expertise in intellectual property, particularly copyright and trademark matters. Warda holds a Juris Doctor in North American Common Law and an LL.B., both from the Université de Montréal (2021), and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Concordia University (2017). She volunteers as a lawyer with the Saint-Michel legal clinic, where she also sits on its racial-profiling committee, and belongs to the Association des juristes pour l'avancement de la vie artistique, the Association littéraire et artistique internationale, and the Jeune Chambre de Commerce des Femmes du Québec.
