About Zoe

Zoe Sukster holds a civil law degree from the University of Ottawa, where she completed the co-op program and worked for both a federal agency and a regional Quebec law firm. She later earned her Juris Doctor from the University of Montreal and plans to begin a Master's in Taxation. She joined Tutino Joseph Grégoire after completing her articling in 2025. She works mainly in corporate and commercial law, with a particular focus on mergers and acquisitions work, restructuring transactions, drafting commercial contracts, and advising on corporate governance matters.
