About Sara
Sara E. Pope is a founding member of Reed Pope who led the firm's Real Estate Law Group before retiring. Sara's practice focused on real estate development, including multi-staged master-planned communities, mixed-use commercial and residential strata projects, and complex land and strata subdivisions, as well as recreational and resort real estate throughout BC, including the East Kootenays, Whistler, Big White, Parksville, Tofino, and Sooke. Sara co-authored a chapter on phased strata plans in the BC Continuing Legal Education Society's Strata Property Practice Manual, which received an international award for professional excellence. Sara was called to the British Columbia Bar in 1990 and holds an LLB (1989) and a BA (1985), both from the University of Victoria.
