About Sara
Sara has been with the firm since 2009, after articling at Torys LLP in Toronto, and was called to the bar in 2008. She has appeared regularly before the Superior Court of Justice and the Divisional Court, and represents both plaintiffs and insurers in personal injury, motor vehicle accident, property claim, product liability, and subrogation matters. Among her notable cases is a plaintiff's motion challenging an insurer's claim of privilege over its Schedule B documents. Sara earned a Specialized Honours degree in Psychology and a Bachelor of Education from York University in 2004, and completed her LLB at Osgoode Hall Law School in 2007.
