About Taylor

Taylor Wormington is a criminal associate at Henein Hutchison Robitaille LLP, called to the Ontario bar in 2021. Before joining the firm, he clerked for Justice Mahmud Jamal of the Supreme Court of Canada and articled as a judicial law clerk at the Court of Appeal for Ontario under Associate Chief Justice J. Michal Fairburn and Justices Paul S. Rouleau and Lois B. Roberts. He earned his J.D. summa cum laude from the University of Ottawa, receiving the Silver Medal for the second-highest cumulative grade point average in the Common Law program, and later completed an LL.M. at the University of Cambridge as a Paul Martin Sr. Scholar, graduating with First Class distinction. In law school he was a teaching assistant, a research assistant to two professors, and Editor-in-Chief of the Ottawa Law Review's French articles; at Cambridge he managed the Pro Bono Project and edited the Cambridge International Law Journal. A Franco-Ontarian, he practises in both English and French.
