About Sanitha
Sanitha Miranda is a partner at KMB Law, working within the firm's Real Estate and Land Development and Corporate and Commercial Law groups, and she also handles estate planning and civil litigation matters. She has closed thousands of residential real estate deals over her career and regularly negotiates purchase and sale agreements, refinancing transactions, unsecured lending arrangements, leases, and new build agreements. She also advises clients on corporate matters and on structuring their estates. Before returning to Canada, Sanitha volunteered as a caseworker at a legal advice clinic in London, England, and worked at one of the largest property law firms in the United Kingdom. She earned an Honours Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and History from the University of Toronto (Mississauga) in 2007 and an LL.B. from the University of Manchester in 2010.
