About Sam

Sam Jaworski is a trial lawyer practising in personal injury, class actions, and mass torts, with class action interests including pharmaceutical and product liability, consumer claims, privacy and data breaches, and competition and antitrust matters. In his personal injury practice he acts for plaintiffs injured in motor vehicle accidents, slip and falls, unsafe premises, and maritime accidents, and has conducted trials and appeals at all levels of court in British Columbia. He clerked at the British Columbia Supreme Court before being admitted to the bar in 2014.
