About Samantha

Samantha Lamb was called to the bar in 2006 and joined Jewitt McLuckie & Associates in January 2007. She represents public and private sector unions across sectors including municipal, provincial and federal government, long-term care, hospitals, and construction, litigating rights and interest arbitrations while pursuing mediated solutions where possible. Before law school she worked as a child protection worker in Vancouver's Downtown Eastside and was a member of the BCGEU. Samantha represents clients in both English and French and won the Nathan Cotler Memorial Prize in Human Rights Law and the Nancy Park Memorial Prize during her studies.
