About François

François Pariseau practises in administrative law, constitutional law, and class actions. He holds a bachelor's degree in law from UQAM and a master's degree in common law and transnational law from the Université de Sherbrooke. He has represented public and private corporations in complex litigation at a national law firm and worked as a research lawyer for the Honourable Mark Schrager at the Quebec Court of Appeal. He was president of UQAM's legal clinic while completing his degree, and has research interests in environmental law.
