Ryan R. Shebelski founded Locus Law after a decade practicing at one of Saskatchewan's largest law firms. Shebelski was called to the bar in 2007 and became a registered trademark agent in 2011, with a practice centered on intellectual property, including trademark prosecution, infringement litigation, and opposition proceedings before the Canadian Intellectual Property Office. Prior experience also includes in-house counsel work for a multinational corporation, Court of Appeal proceedings, mining transactions, and technology and software licensing for entertainment and media clients. Locus Law additionally provides corporate and commercial law services.
