About Ryan

Ryan Pringle grew up in Canmore, Alberta. He earned a Bachelor of Arts in Communications from Simon Fraser University in Burnaby, BC, and completed his Juris Doctor at Western University in London, Ontario. Before joining Marshall & Lamperson, he worked in the oil and gas industry for international companies, living and working in Houston, Perth, Saudi Arabia, and Iraq. His practice covers a wide variety of corporate and commercial matters, including incorporations, commercial leasing, asset and share purchases and sales, corporate governance, contracts, amalgamations, corporate restructuring, and corporate transactions. He also advises clients on real estate transactions, residential tenancy matters, family law matters, and committeeship and adult guardianship applications.
