About Rudy
Rudy Bianchi is a founding partner of Bianchi Presta LLP, providing corporate services to clients since his call to the bar in 1985. He practises within the firm's Corporate Law Group, handling mergers and acquisitions, share and asset purchase transactions, corporate reorganizations, corporate freezes, and leasing and mortgage financing. He guides clients from the initial formation of a business, whether a corporation, partnership or joint venture, through to future estate planning and creditor protection. Rudy also helps clients arrange corporate financing with banks and private lenders in coordination with accounting firms. He earned his law degree from the University of Windsor in 1984 and a B.B.A. from York University in 1980.
