About Ross
Ross Pierce is a lawyer with Pierce Law, licensed in Alberta, Nova Scotia, and New Brunswick, with more than three decades of experience in corporate, commercial, and estate planning matters as well as commercial litigation. He has practised at leading national and regional firms on mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance, private equity, governance, and commercial real estate transactions, and has served as Vice President and General Counsel of a regional enterprise and as a director of a publicly traded company. His clients range from owner-manager growth companies and private equity investors to enterprises in commercial real estate, health care, energy, e-commerce, retail, and professional services. He holds a Commerce degree with Distinction from Mount Allison University and an LL.B. from the University of New Brunswick, where he was a Beaverbrook Scholar. He belongs to the Law Society of New Brunswick, the Law Society of Alberta, the Nova Scotia Barristers' Society, and several subsections of the Canadian Bar Association.
