About Roja

Roja Safartabar joined Daykin Walker Kaderly Wahid LLP in 2024 after spending the first ten years of her career at a leading regional full service firm. She was called to the bar in British Columbia in 2015 after earning her Juris Doctor from the University of British Columbia in 2014 and a Bachelor of Arts in Communications, first class with distinction, from Simon Fraser University in 2011. Her practice covers separation, divorce, property division, spousal and child support, guardianship, residency, and parenting time, including complex high net worth asset division and cohabitation, marriage, and separation agreements. Safartabar is a certified Collaborative Divorce Lawyer and accredited Family Law Mediator, and a member of the International Academy of Collaborative Professionals and Collaborative Divorce Vancouver.
