About Roger

Roger E. Holland is a partner at Singleton Urquhart Reynolds Vogel LLP and co-chairs its Corporate Commercial Group, which he has helped grow over two decades with the firm. His work covers corporate reorganizations, acquisitions, shareholder agreements, succession planning, and commercial lending and leasing. Called to the bar in both British Columbia and Ontario, he negotiates and drafts documents ranging from asset purchase agreements and franchise deals to software, publishing, and licensing agreements and construction contracts. Roger holds a Bachelor of Laws from the Schulich School of Law at Dalhousie University and a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations from the University of British Columbia, and he was called to the BC Bar in 1992 and the Ontario Bar in 1991. He has been recognized by Best Lawyers Canada in the areas of corporate law and mergers and acquisitions, and he enjoys helping startups grow and larger companies increase value through deals.
