About Sean
Sean Lerner graduated from UBC Law School in 1999 and was called to the bar in British Columbia in 2000. He has practised in Vancouver ever since, and before law school spent several years working and studying in Japan. Before founding Lerner Law Corporation, he practised at an insurance defence firm in Vancouver and then spent five years as senior litigation counsel at one of Canada's largest property and casualty insurers. He focuses on personal injury and property matters as well as insurance coverage litigation, drawing on his insurer-side experience to negotiate settlements for clients. Lerner is a member of the Trial Lawyers Association of BC, the Canadian Bar Association, and the Vancouver Bar Association.
