About Roger

Roger C. Stephens has a general law practice at Stephens Mah Toogood with a particular emphasis on civil litigation, acting for clients in major litigation matters as well as advocating for smaller individual clients. He also assists clients with construction and commercial disputes, debt collection, estate litigation, real estate transactions, corporate and commercial matters, and the preparation and administration of wills and estates. Stephens was admitted to the bar in 1992, holds a Bachelor of Arts with First Class Honors in History from the University of Alberta, and earned his law degree from Osgoode Hall Law School in Toronto.
